PAMP Suisse – history of the mint
PAMP was founded in Ticino, Switzerland, and very quickly became a globally recognized brand. From the beginning, PAMP Suisse was engaged in the production of artistic products made of precious metals.
In 1979, Mahmoud Kassem Shakarchi created MKS SA in Geneva, which began working closely with PAMP (Produits Artistiques Métaux Précieux). Thanks to its innovative methods, it quickly succeeded in attracting new customers and expanding into more markets. In 2021, the two companies merged into one company, officially known as MKS PAMP SA.
